A FINE selection of exhibits filled Clare Town Hall as Clare Horticultural Society hosted its annual autumn flower and produce show.
A healthy number of visitors once again filed into the hall to enjoy a splash of seasonal colour as the show proved to be another success.

Clare Horticultural Society secretary, Olive Smith, said: "We had a successful show.

"The classes for the late exhibition chrysanthemums were very good and we were very pleased with the exhibits, they were lovely."

Peter Fisk, from Great Barton, was the overall winner of division one in the show, with Clare's Tony Smith claiming the title of division tSwo winner.

The hall also contained an exhibition of pictures from children at Clare Pre-School.
